Our Services

Eight capabilities, one production flow — from a single prototype part to repeat series production.

01

Laser Cutting

Our fiber laser cutting cells process sheet up to 20 mm in steel and 12 mm in stainless and aluminium, with tight, repeatable tolerances and clean, deburr-ready edges. Nesting is optimised for material yield, so small batches stay affordable and large series stay competitive.

  • Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass
  • Sheet formats up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm
  • Cutting tolerance from ±0.1 mm
  • Prototype single parts through to high-volume nesting

Tube Laser Cutting

Tube laser cutting replaces sawing, drilling and manual marking with a single automated operation. Frames, chassis and handrails arrive ready to weld, with self-locating joints that cut assembly time and improve repeatability across every unit.

  • Round, square, rectangular and oval profiles
  • Copes, slots, holes and engraved part marks in one pass
  • Weld-ready, self-locating joints for faster assembly
  • Ideal for frames, chassis, railings and machine structures

Fiber Laser Welding

Fiber laser welding puts a very concentrated heat input into the joint, so thin sheet stays flat and visible seams need far less grinding and polishing. It is the right process for stainless enclosures, food and medical equipment, and any part where the weld is on show.

  • Minimal heat distortion on thin sheet
  • Clean, narrow seams with little rework
  • Stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium

Precision Forming & Press Brake

CNC press brakes with graphical programming and angle measurement hold your bend geometry across the whole series, not just the first piece. Long tooling lets us form large panels and covers in one setup, and first-article measurement is documented before the series starts.

  • Bending lengths up to 3,000 mm
  • Angle tolerance from ±0.5°
  • Radius bending, hemming, counter-bending
  • First-article inspection before series release

MIG, TIG & Spot Welding

Our welding team joins mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium using MIG, TIG and spot welding. Controlled fixtures keep frames and housings square, while grinding and finishing prepare visible joints for coating or final assembly.

  • MIG, TIG and resistance spot welding
  • Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
  • Jig-built frames, housings and structural assemblies
  • Grinding and surface preparation before finishing

Metal Assembly

We take fabricated parts through to assembled units: riveted and screwed enclosures, pressed-in hardware, seals, hinges, locks and bought-in components. You order one finished assembly instead of managing a bill of loose parts.

  • Enclosures, cabinets and mechanical sub-assemblies
  • Pressed-in threads, studs and standoffs
  • Hardware, seals, hinges, locks and gaskets fitted
  • Kitting, serial marking and packing for export

Powder Coating & Metal Finishing

Parts are degreased and pre-treated, then powder coated and oven cured for a hard, durable film in the RAL or texture you specify. Mechanical finishing — deburring, graining, brushing and polishing — is done in house, and coating thickness and adhesion are checked before dispatch.

  • Any RAL colour, gloss level and structured finishes
  • Indoor and outdoor grade powders
  • Deburring, graining, brushing, polishing
  • Coating thickness and adhesion checks

Sheet Metal Engineering & Prototyping

Send a sketch, a 3D model or a finished drawing set. Our engineers review it for manufacturability, flag bends and features that add cost, and propose alternatives that keep your function while lowering price. Prototypes are made on the same machines as the series, so what you approve is what you receive.

  • DFM review with concrete cost-down proposals
  • STEP, DXF, IGES and PDF drawing formats
  • Prototypes on series machinery
  • Documented first article and measurement reports
